Job title: Leiter/in Qualitätssicherung (Head of Quality Assurance)
About the Role Lead the quality assurance department within the hydropower context, ensuring the integrity of nondestructive testing (VT, PT, MT, UT) and contributing to the energy transition. This role also manages budgets, resources, and ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the quality assurance department (team, processes and resources)
- Ensure and further develop nondestructive testing (VT, PT, MT, UT)
- Plan and control budgets, costs and capacities
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards
- Support and advise internal departments and participate in customer inspections
- Conduct inspections on-site at customers (approximately 10% travel)
What We're Looking For
- Completed basic technical training with EFZ
- Initial experience as a team leader
- ZFP training VT, PT, MT, at least Level 2 per EN ISO 9712 (UT advantageous)
- Several years of practical experience as a ZFP inspector
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; English advantageous
- Structured, responsible personality with assertiveness
- Willingness to travel 10%

- Experience with UT is advantageous
