About the Role In dieser Position tragen Sie die fachliche sowie die disziplinarische Führung des Fachteams Instandhaltung. Sie verantworten die Personal- und Ressourcenplanung – inklusive der Fremdfirmen – und steuern Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen eigenverantwortlich. Durch Ihre Eigeninitiative beteiligen Sie sich an komplexen mechanischen und elektrotechnischen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten, unterstützen das operative Team im Tagesgeschäft und erarbeiten Abstellmaßnahmen bei Optimierungspotenzialen.
