- Strategische Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Controlling
- Leitung des Finance-Teams sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien What We're Looking For
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Reporting
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
