Leiter Technik und Unterhalt (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für die Werkstatt
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
- Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Werkstattteams
- Leitung, Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Projekte von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten, sicheren und störungsfreien Werkstattbetriebs
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Produktionsmechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
- Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH, beispielsweise als Techniker HF Maschinenbau, Maschinenbauingenieur FH oder Industriemeister
- Erste Führungserfahrung in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
