Aufgaben
In deiner Rolle als Leiterin Seminarbereich führst du fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team aus inhaltlichen Expertinnen und Veranstaltungsprofis und förderst deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. Du übernimmst die Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für alle Seminardienstleistungen und Fachtagungen, setzt Planvorgaben um, analysierst Zielabweichungen und leitest passende Korrekturmaßnahmen ein. Dabei wirkst du aktiv an der Festlegung der strategischen Ziele und Vertriebsziele mit und erstellst gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Business Development die Jahres- und Mittelfristplanung für deinen Verantwortungsbereich. Zudem stellst du die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der definierten Seminarstandards sicher – von Ausstattung und Serviceleistungen über Kundenbetreuung bis hin zur
