About the Role As the Head of Digital Communications (MCD) for Fendt at AGCO, you will lead the Digital Communications team and own the brand's online presence across all Fendt channels. You will ensure alignment with the brand strategy and deliver measurable impact through digital storytelling, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Digital Communications (MCD) team both functionally and disciplinarily
- Plan and govern digital communications across all Fendt channels (Fendt Corporate Website, Fendt Experience Center Portal, newsletters, and social media) to promote the brand and product portfolio
- Develop and implement creative digital communications initiatives in close alignment with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate projects from concept through agency management to quality assurance and approvals
- Continuously optimize digital channels via SEO, paid media campaigns, and content management
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and derive concrete optimization actions What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in Economics and/or Marketing
- Several years of experience in marketing communications and digital marketing as well as project management
- Proven experience coordinating digital communications and collaborating with agencies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; process-oriented and structured work style
- Very good knowledge of CMS systems, CRM-based online systems, and MS Office
- Very good German and English skills and affinity for modern digital media Compensation & Benefits
