In dieser Rolle tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Betriebsverpflegung am Standort Überlingen und aller Betriebsstätten, mit Fokus auf Küche und gastronomische Serviceleistungen. Sie führen ein ca. 22-köpfiges Team in Catering und Küche und gestalten Wachstumsprojekte sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen.
Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Betriebsverpflegung am Standort Überlingen inkl. aller Betriebsstätten, mit Schwerpunkten Küche und gastronomische Serviceleistungen. Führen und Entwickeln eines Teams von ca. 22 Mitarbeitenden in Catering und Küche; Personaleinsatzplanung; Förderung einer service- und qualitätsorientierten Arbeitsstruktur.
