About the Role Join LEGO System A/S in the Kladno factory as a Production Operator. You will operate, adjust, and monitor production lines and machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality brick production.
What You'll Do
- Operate, set up, adjust, and run production lines and equipment and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain quality and safety by following processes for safe and efficient production.
- Work in a shift pattern: 12-hour shifts – 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off (schedule known for the whole year).
- Grow and innovate by learning new technologies and participating in their introduction to production.
- Undergo comprehensive on-site training with a trainer.
What We're Looking For
- Communicative knowledge of Czech.
