About the Role You will join LEGO Brand Retail as a Supervisor at LEGO Store Frankfurt, leading and inspiring the sales team and supporting the Assistant and Store Manager to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role combines leadership, training, and day-to-day store operations to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a role model for the sales team
- Provide professional leadership of the store team
- Deliver product and sales training to team members
- Ensure adherence to the company's CI guidelines
- Ensure workplace safety standards
- Manage inventory
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
- Participate in meetings

- Strong sales and organizational talent with a confident and positive demeanor

- Experience with sales systems and knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Structured and well-organized working style
- Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
