About the Role Factorial is seeking a Legal Specialist / Senior Legal Specialist (Commercial) to help support and scale the Legal team to the next level. As part of the team responsible for enabling Factorial's commercial growth while protecting the business, you'll negotiate commercial agreements, partner with business teams, and drive legal innovation through technology and AI. What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical and business-oriented legal guidance.
- Support commercial negotiations by identifying risks and proposing scalable solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze contracts, summarize regulations, and improve legal workflows.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting commercial operations, including AI and data-related legislation.
- Review and continuously improve legal templates, policies, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to accelerate deal execution while maintaining compliance.
- Contribute to legal operations initiatives that increase efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Help build a modern legal function that supports scale and innovation.
