Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Westchester, NY Office. We are seeking an applicant with an enthusiastic, positive disposition and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Qualified applicant will be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior law office experience and/or paralegal experience is preferred
- Professional manner, punctuality and reliability are essential
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook and PDF editing software

Ability to learn quickly, assess situations and make solid judgments

Candidate must be self-motivated, with ability to work independently

Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress

Excellent phone and people skills are required, and

Ability to work in a small team environment

The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
