About the Role Litera seeks a Legal Product Consultant to bridge sophisticated legal practice with AI-powered technology within our Legal Knowledge Engineering (LKE) team. This hybrid role involves partnering with law firms to integrate Litera's AI tools into daily workflows and shaping product innovation through client feedback and experimentation. What You'll Do
- Lead comprehensive onboarding and adoption programs for law firms implementing Litera's AI-powered products.
- Design and execute custom integration strategies that align with clients' existing workflows.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to demonstrate product value and maximize user engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on legal technology strategy.
- Travel to client sites (approximately 30% of the time) to provide hands-on support and workflow optimization.
- Experiment with generative AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Create and refine prompts for accurate extraction of information from complex legal document sets.
- Develop and train new "smart fields" and data points for transactional documents in securities and financing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI-driven solutions based on client needs.
- Stay current on legal tech trends and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating client needs into actionable insights for product development.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning by identifying market gaps and use cases.
- Develop playbooks and processes to drive customer success and product adoption.
- Provide detailed feedback on product performance and user experience to guide continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state, Canadian province, or the U.K.
- Good standing with relevant bar association.
- Minimum 2+ years practicing transactional law.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Strong presentation and training capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
