About the job
As a member of the Legal Operations team, you will support a diverse range of legal operations matters, with a primary focus on managing and responding to KYC/KYB requests, reviewing and maintaining a database of corporate documents, and supporting requests from the Company’s customer’s various business lines. You will support business lines spanning stablecoins, artificial intelligence, peer-to-peer communications applications, education, power, and human evolution, helping to explain those businesses to internal stakeholders and external parties including banks, vendors, auditors, and customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Responsibilities

Acting as a key point of contact for KYC/KYB questions and coordinating responses to requests from banks, vendors, auditors, and customers;

Managing, updating, and maintaining a database of corporate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness;

Managing and overseeing access to the database of corporate documents, including permissions and version control;

Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation;

Finding and implementing efficiencies and process improvements across legal operations workflows;

Identifying and mitigating or escalating legal risks and issues;

Explaining our customer’s various business lines to internal business groups and external stakeholders;

Addressing ad hoc requests and projects as they arise.
Job requirements

Prior experience in legal operations, corporate law, compliance, or a related in-house or law firm role;

Familiarity with KYC/KYB and corporate due diligence processes;

Experience reviewing, drafting, and maintaining corporate documents and corporate records;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English;

Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-border environment;

Proficiency with document management systems and standard productivity tools.

While not essential, it will be an asset to be qualified as an Abogado and Notario admitted to practice in El Salvador, with a law degree from a recognized university and current authorization from the Corte Suprema de Justicia.
