Legal Operations Analyst
Overview
This role will partner closely with Legal Operations team members responsible for eBilling and law firm management to support legal spend operations, accrual management, budgeting and forecasting activities, reporting and analytics, vendor administration, and process improvement initiatives. The position will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective outside counsel management, and operational scalability as the department's global legal spend program continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
E-Billing Program Support:
- Support administration of the department's TyMetrix 360° (T360) eBilling platform.
- Assist with law firm and vendor onboarding, user access management, matter management, and system maintenance.
