Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
- Develop legal policies, compliance frameworks, and governance processes
- Monitor laws and regulations affecting e-commerce, logistics, employment, consumer protection, payments, privacy, and digital platforms
- Support regulatory engagements, licensing, government relations, and market expansion
- Identify and manage legal and operational risks
- Support disputes, customer claims, investigations, and legal escalations
- Build scalable contract workflows, legal templates, and compliance processes
Preferred Background:

Experience in commercial law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, technology law, fintech, logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or startup environments.

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, practical business judgment, and the ability to explain legal issues clearly are important for this role.
