About the Role The Legal Manager will define Kavak's legal strategy, govern key contracts, and negotiate with banks, funds and investors while ensuring regulatory compliance across national and international operations. This role supports Kavak's growth by embedding law and governance into business decisions and scaling the organization in line with Kavak/Kuna values.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute Kavak's legal strategy across national and international operations.
- Govern key contracts and agreements; negotiate with banks, funds and investors.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance; partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalable growth.
- Advise leadership on legal risk, corporate policy, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in senior legal leadership, preferably in high-growth tech/fintech/e-commerce environments.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and experience dealing with banks, funds, and investors.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business guidance; aligns with Kavak/Kuna values.
- Excellent communication, collaboration across functions.
