Job Description: We are looking for a legal intern specializing in IT law, contract law, intellectual property (IP), and personal data protection (GDPR) to join our legal team. You will be involved in various legal matters related to information technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft IT contracts, including software license and maintenance agreements (SaaS or on-premises), application management agreements (AMS), hosting agreements, IT outsourcing agreements, service agreements (master agreements and standalone contracts), amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), etc.
- Review and draft indirect procurement contracts (communications, marketing, general services, etc.)
- Analyze and handle legal issues related to intellectual property, particularly in relation to software and trademarks
