About the Role CNH Industrial N.V. is offering a paid Legal Internship to support the legal team with research, contract review, and regulatory library maintenance. The role provides exposure to commercial law, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration within a global manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Participating in various company projects and initiatives;
- Assisting the legal team with research and investigative projects;
- Maintaining the legal department’s legal research and company secretarial/regulatory library;
- Keeping abreast and informing others of industry changes, relevant news articles and legal/regulatory updates;
- Reviewing the company’s various contracts and other service provider agreements;
- Attending meetings;
- Managing the legal department’s contract database;
- Restructuring/updating legal folders and documents;
