OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Executive to support the team in managing the company’s legal, compliance and corporate governance matters in India. The role requires experience across commercial contracting, litigation management, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory compliance and implementation of group legal and compliance standards. The successful candidate should be able to work independently on assigned matters under the guidance of the Legal Team, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
