About this role
This is a maternity cover position for 1 year, offering a rare chance to step into a high-impact legal role with broad scope and real responsibility. You'll be a key member of our Luxembourg legal team, advising on a wide range of corporate, legal, and regulatory matters for Swiss Re entities across the globe. No two days will look the same — from attending board meetings to driving restructuring projects, you'll be at the centre of the action.
Oversee corporate legal and regulatory matters for Luxembourg-based companies and their global branches and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and sound governance
Act as a trusted legal advisor, delivering clear, practical, and commercially sound legal and regulatory guidance to stakeholders across the business
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively advise management on their implications for Swiss Re's operations and strategy
