About the Role Join Netflix’s Legal team to provide comprehensive counsel across compliance, regulation, intellectual property, contracts and negotiations, litigation, privacy and data security, and employment. You will also support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, identify legal risks, and help mitigate them to enable global operations and continued innovation.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal guidance across compliance, regulation, IP, contracts and negotiations, litigation, privacy and data security, and employment.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures when pursued by Netflix.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth business operations.
