About the Role Two professionals with different seniorities will join Gruppo AB's Legal & Corporate Affairs Department, in the Legal Area, based at Group Holding (headquarters). You will provide legal advice to top management and support various business functions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements; manage pre-litigation and litigation. What You'll Do
- Provide legal support to all business functions in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including EPC and turnkey contracts for plant construction; engineering and consultancy agreements; and O&M contracts.
- Coordinate input from engineering, procurement, project management, finance & tax, risk management, HSE, insurance, business development, and sales during contract drafting/negotiations.
- Provide legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and assess feasibility/enforceability of transactions or contractual provisions.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation (judicial and arbitral) involving clients, suppliers and third parties.
- Collaborate with Group Holding and top management; contribute to governance and risk management. What We're Looking For
- Law degree; Bar admission in EU Member State, UK, or US preferred.
- 5–10 years post-graduate experience drafting/negotiating commercial contracts typical of industrial/plant-engineering sectors.
- Experience in the energy sector preferred.
- Excellent command of Italian and English; third language preferred.
- Strong personal authority, credibility and ability to build relationships; ability to manage multiple matters; pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment; flexible and adaptable.
- Only CVs written in English will be considered. Nice to Have
- Bar admission in EU/UK/US preferred.
- Knowledge of a third language preferred.
- Energy sector exposure is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Permanent contract under CCNL Commercio (Italian National Collective Agreement); salary aligned to seniority.
