Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche rechtliche Beratung interner Geschäftsbereiche, insbesondere der Vertriebseinheiten, in allen Fragen des allgemeinen Zivilrechts, Vertragsrechts und Gesellschaftsrechts
- Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen – von Standardvereinbarungen bis hin zu komplexen, grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen
- Rechtliche Begleitung der Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse sowie aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Bearbeitung und Koordination grenzüberschreitender Rechtsfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und internationalen Einheiten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung rechtlicher Standards, Muster und Templates zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche
- Frühzeitige Identifikation rechtlicher Risiken sowie pragmatische Erarbeitung und Kommunikation von Handlungsempfehlungen
