Job Description We are seeking a Compliance Officer with strong experience in capital markets, investment management, and financial services compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and capital market regulations.
• Provide legal oversight on investment structures and documentation.
• Review investor communications, agreements, and fundraising materials.
• Oversee AML, KYC, and investor onboarding processes.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Manage regulatory filings and liaise with regulators, auditors, and external counsel.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
• Train staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• LL.B & BL mandatory
• 9–10+ years post-call experience
• Must be a SEC sponsored individual.
• Experience in capital markets, investment regulation, or financial services compliance
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, AML/KYC, and investment structures.
• Experience within asset management, investment, or capital market institutions
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.

Salary

N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
