Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory on regulatory matters to the organization
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across operations and activities
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Support corporate governance processes and board-related activities as needed
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation and records

- Experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, contract management, corporate governance, or risk management
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work in Victoria Island, Lagos
