- Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung, Bewertung und Gestaltung von Verträgen, Rechtsdokumenten und Marketing-Assets in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Marketing- und E-Commerce-Recht und hilfst bei der Erstellung von Templates
- Du unterstützt die rechtliche Betreuung von Customer Cases im Direktvertrieb-Ansatz und bearbeitest dabei anfallende juristische Fragestellungen selbstständig
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Reorganisation und operativen Betreuung des Corporate Housekeeping des Unternehmens und seiner europäischen Tochtergesellschaften
