Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized repository of legal and regulatory documents.
- Ensure proper retention of contracts, licences, regulatory correspondence and legal records.
- Review contracts and agreements before execution.
- Maintain a register of active contracts and agreements.
- Monitor expiry and renewal dates of contracts.
- Ensure third-party arrangements contain appropriate confidentiality, liability, service-level and termination provisions.
- Ensure appropriate customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) are conducted where applicable.
- Monitor transactions for potential suspicious or unusual activities.
- Escalate suspected breaches and suspicious transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
