Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft high-quality documents, and perform detailed document reviews to support corporate and commercial matters.

Manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining accurate trackers and visibility on outstanding actions.

Identify missing documentation, inconsistencies, and potential compliance gaps to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Exercise sound professional judgment to distinguish between matters requiring independent handling and those needing escalation to senior legal leadership or management.

Collaborate effectively with Investment, Operations, Finance teams, portfolio companies, external counsel, and regulators through clear and professional communication.
