About the Role The two-year US Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. The Legal Analyst role supports the US Legal team with research, analysis, and documentation to ensure the firm operates within applicable legal frameworks, while enabling senior members to focus on strategic matters. Graduates are expected to start no later than September 2026. What You'll Do
- Assist in-house counsel with legal research by gathering and summarizing applicable laws and regulations related to transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Provide support to in-house counsel in preparing and organizing legal documents, including materials for transactions, filings, and governance.
- Track changes in legal and regulatory requirements and assist in-house counsel with updating internal processes and policies as needed.
- Provide general support to the Legal team by helping with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of in-house counsel, enabling senior team members to focus on complex and strategic matters.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining legal records and workflows, ensuring documents are properly stored and accessible in accordance with internal guidelines; support efforts to stay informed on regulatory developments.
- Support in-house counsel with compliance-related tasks, including helping track requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Follow established operational and risk management procedures for the role, and assist in-house counsel in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

- Graduate degree in law is required.
- Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
