About the Role Support Employment and Litigation counsel by helping manage active cases, organize company documents and data, and research employment statutes, regulations, and key case law. You will report findings to counsel and assist with implementing AI solutions to synthesize case-specific information, as well as assist with insurance and financial reporting. What You'll Do

- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a legal or professional context — e.g., using Claude, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, NotebookLM, Harvey, or similar for research, drafting, or summarization.
- Ability to evaluate AI output critically: knowing when to trust it, when to push back, and how to prompt effectively.
- Genuine enthusiasm for, and proficiency with, legal technology solutions, AI tools, and project management methodologies. Nice to Have
