About the Role Juniata College is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach one or more undergraduate statistics or quantitative methods courses for business, beginning in Fall 2026. Courses are taught on campus in Huntingdon, PA, with a focus on student-centered, high-quality instruction aligned to department outcomes. The position supports undergraduate curricula and involves collaboration with faculty to maintain course quality.
What You'll Do
- Teach in a face-to-face classroom setting on Juniata’s campus in Huntingdon, PA.
- Prepare course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned with departmental learning outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide timely feedback on assignments.
- Submit final grades and fulfill other instructional responsibilities in accordance with College policies.
- Work collaboratively with department faculty to ensure course quality and consistency.
- Uphold and contribute to an equity-minded and inclusive campus culture that values diversity and belonging.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated ability to teach statistics or quantitative methods for undergraduate business courses.
- Experience teaching in a face-to-face classroom (preferably at the undergraduate level).
- Commitment to student success, high-quality teaching, and professional collaboration.
- Willingness to teach on Juniata’s campus in Huntingdon, PA.
