We are seeking a Leasing Consultant in Holland, MI at Traditions of Holland & Lakewood Place Apartment Village who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.
You Have:
- Property management experience (LIHTC)
- Marketing and networking skills
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Organizational skills
- Computer knowledge
