About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Lease Executive to drive the growth of our vehicle leasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, generating quality leads, and converting opportunities into profitable vehicle lease transactions.
- This is a target-driven sales role suited to an ambitious professional who enjoys business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert quality leads for vehicle leasing.

Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Prospect, approach, and onboard new individual and corporate clients.

Understand clients' vehicle financing and leasing needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up consistently to ensure prompt transaction turnaround.

Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain excellent customer service.

Requirement
-
BSc / BA Degree in Marketing Business Administration, or a related field.

1- 3 years of experience in vehicle leasing, asset finance, or risk asset creation is required.

Proven experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or financial services.

Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: N155,000 - N250,000 per month.
