About the Role NEOMED seeks a Learning Technologies Specialist to provide technical expertise to students, faculty, and staff for NEOMED’s portfolio of learning technologies. The role supports instruction needs within on-campus and online classrooms and contributes to the development and creation of university audio/video content. The successful candidate will prioritize positive, responsive, and customer-service oriented interactions that support NEOMED's instructional mission. What You'll Do
- Provide technical expertise and support for NEOMED’s learning technologies across on-campus and online classrooms, ensuring reliable delivery of instruction.
- Assist with the development and creation of university audio/video content and related instructional materials.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting learning technologies in higher education or similar settings.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in both on-campus and online environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of audio/video production, classroom technology, and instructional support best practices.
