About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join Heartsease Primary Academy (part of the Unity Schools Partnership). You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the curriculum and have experience of working with small groups to support learning. This fixed-term role offers the chance to work within a supportive team and engage in CPD opportunities through the Trust. What You'll Do

Support learning with small groups to reinforce curriculum delivery.

Assist with classroom activities and learning support as directed by teachers.

Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of children.

Collaborate with colleagues across Unity Schools Partnership and the school community.

Salary: NJC Grade 2 SP3-4, £18,211 - £18,497 actual pa (£24,795 - £25,185 FTE)
