About the Role
As Learning Manager, Global Learning & Development, you will act as an internal learning consultant and learning designer. Your role will go beyond developing training content, and you will work with stakeholders to understand capability challenges, investigate learning needs, design effective solutions, and develop learning experiences that support performance.
You will collaborate with experts across Customer Experience, Clinical Education, Product Management, Marketing, and local markets to create learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and relevant for customer-facing teams.
You will be involved throughout the entire learning lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through design, development, implementation, and continuously improving learning solutions based on learner, stakeholder, and business feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand capability challenges and learning needs (mentioned above)
- Designing learning experiences that support knowledge application, skill development, and performance improvement
- Independently developing learning assets such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, ILT workshops, assessments, job aids, performance support resources, scenario-based learning experiences, and practical learning activities
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions with subject matter experts
- Managing learning projects from analysis through implementation
- Maintaining and managing learning content within digital learning platforms
About You
You are an experienced learning professional with a curious and analytical approach who enjoys understanding business challenges, asking questions, and translating complex information into meaningful learning experiences. You are comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating with stakeholders from different functions and geographies.
You combine strong learning-design skills with a practical mindset and enjoy balancing learner needs, business priorities, and project realities. Most importantly, you care about creating learning that helps people perform better, not simply consume more content.
We follow a “hire for potential, train for skills” approach and will support your development. At the same time, to succeed in the role we believe you have:
- Worked +4 years within Learning & Development, Learning and / or Instructional Design, Capability Development, Learning Consulting, or a similar field
- Strong project management skills, including leading learning projects from analysis through implementation
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, discovery activities, and learning needs analysis
- Experience partnering directly with subject matter experts and business stakeholders
- Strong learning-design skills and experience creating learning experiences for commercial or customer-facing teams
- Experience independently developing learning assets such as e-learning modules, facilitator materials, assessments, job aids, or performance support tools, and working with digital authoring tools and learning platforms
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
It’s a bonus if also have:
- Experience working in a global organization within healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceutical, or in other technically complex environments
- Experience supporting onboarding or capability-building programs
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and with learning technologies such as Synthesia, Mindtickle or similar
- Proficiency in German, Italian, or French

The role as Learning Manager is a Parental Leave Cover for an estimated period of 12 months, based at our headquarters in Malmö, Hyllie. We apply a hybrid workplace model, and we aim to meet in the office at least three days per week.
