Position Summary The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's Learning Management System, with a strong emphasis on Workday Learning. This role ensures a seamless learning experience by managing learning programs, maintaining system integrity, supporting users, and providing reporting and analytics that enable organizational learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, technically proficient, and experienced in administering enterprise learning systems.
