Job title: Learning & Development Specialist

About the Role Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives; optimize tools and LMS; deliver training across Bedok and Chai Chee to enhance learning outcomes and business impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System and optimize tools to ensure accurate and timely delivery of learning content into the LMS.
• Provide training and support to employees on services and applications to enhance learning experience.
• Develop training plans, schedules, and budgets to meet training needs of employees and stakeholders in Singapore.
• Collaborate with management to ensure training programs are effectively implemented, communicated, and monitored in line with organizational goals.
• Facilitate training sessions (classroom, e-learning, and On-The-Job) for employees and stakeholders at Bedok and Chai Chee.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback, measuring impact on business outcomes, and recommending improvements.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordinating sessions, and overseeing training materials and equipment.
• Participate in Learning and Development projects as needed.
• Lead in training, production productivity and cost-improvement projects.
• Support audit processes by addressing requirements and implementing corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, Engineering, or relevant field; Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance preferred.
• Hands-on experience with training delivery in cleanroom environments or high-tech manufacturing is highly desired.
• Competence in creating engaging training content (instructor-led and e-learning).
• Experience managing training logistics and documentation for audits (ISO, IATF, etc.).
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms and Learning Management System (LMS), Microsoft Office, and development of Power BI reports.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment; organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, technicians, operators and HR; analytical mindset to measure and improve training programs.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is preferred; Technical certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments or high tech manufacturing is highly desirable.
