What You'll Do
- Engage with a range of development programmes including the International Graduate Programme, NEXGEN, First Line Manager Programme, LEaD, Enhanced Leadership Programme, Finance Leadership Programme, Project Management Academy, Customer Experience Academy, Procurement Academy, SD Academy, and Quality Academy.
- Benefit from hands-on experiences such as mentoring, job rotations, coaching, 360° feedback, job shadowing, and various digital learning opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to build a knowledge-based culture and contribute to Mondi's MAP2030 sustainability and business objectives.
