Overview
Hiring: Learning & Development Manager Location: GRA, Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Design and implement company-wide learning initiatives
- Develop tailored training curricula based on organisational needs
- Develop, implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Support employee development and organisational performance
Requirements
- CIPM certification is compulsory
- Strong experience in Learning & Development and organisational capability building
- Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proximity to the job location is compulsory
- Salary: ₦400,000–₦500,000/month
