Requirements
- Proven senior leadership and strategic HR management experience required for the Director role.
- CIPM/SHRM certification or relevant Learning and Development (L&D) certification for applicable roles.
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
- Relevant Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Hospitality or Education.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, employee relations, training or people development, as applicable to the role.
