About this role
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- In deiner Rolle verantwortest du die regionale Umsetzung globaler Strategien, Prozesse, Instrumente und Standards im Bereich Learning & Development und implementierst passgenaue Lernprogramme für die Region Deutschland auf Basis eigener Lernbedarfsanalysen.
- Du antizipierst lokale Learning- und Development-Bedarfe und entwickelst eigenständig Maßnahmen und Programme für die Region (in Partnerschaft mit unserer Inhouse-Akademie).
- Bei komplexen Individualentwicklungsthemen übernimmst du die Betreuung und begleitest insbesondere Führungskräfte bei ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den deutschen HR Business Partners zusammen.
