About the Role
AB Volvo offers an internship in Learning & Development at its training center in Oostakker. This role focuses on supporting the L&D team to make learning for colleagues smoother, smarter and more engaging, while gaining hands-on experience with next-gen technologies in a dynamic, international setting. What You'll Do

Organize and follow up daily trainings, workshops and events

Prepare and support internships for international students

Transform information into clear, digital content

Contribute to building and improving our Volvo environment with Microsoft tools

Collaborate with trainers to refine learning objectives, learning formats and training plans

Depending on your interests, contribute to analyses and improvement projects to make technical trainings more practical and motivating What We're Looking For

Essential:
-
You are a bachelor- or Master student and available during the academic year 2026–2027
-
You work in a structured way and get energy from organizing, coordinating and following up
-
You communicate clearly in Dutch (English is a plus)

You can work smoothly with Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, …)
