About this role
About the Role Learning & Development internship at Volvo's training center in Oostakker. This role supports the Learning & Development team to make learning for colleagues smoother, smarter and more engaging by helping organize trainings, creating digital content, and collaborating with trainers. There is also potential to contribute to analyses and improvement projects to make technical trainings more practical and motivating.
What You'll Do
- Assist in organizing and following up daily trainings, workshops and events.
- Prepare and support internships for international students.
- Convert information into clear, digital content.
- Help build and improve our Volvo environment with Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, …).
- Collaborate with trainers to refine learning objectives, activities and training plans.
- Depending on your interests, contribute to analyses and improvement projects to make our technical trainings more practical and motivating.
What We're Looking For
- You are a bachelor- or Master-student and available during the academic year 2026-2027.
- You work in a structured way and enjoy organizing, coordinating and following up.
- You communicate clearly in Dutch (English is a plus).
- You can readily work with Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, …).

- Interest in learning, training design or how people develop skills.
- Creative skills (visuals, content, microlearning, content creation).
- Affinity with a technical environment.
- Analytical mindset: you translate feedback and data into improvements.
