Job Summary

• To design, coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance employee competencies, improve performance and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews.

• Develop annual learning and development plans.

• Coordirate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

• Organize internal and external training programs.

• Facilitate training sessions where applicable.

• Monitor training attendance and effectiveness.

• Evaluate training outcomes and return on investment (ROI).

• Maintain employee training records and learning databases.

• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to address capability capability gaps.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Training completion rate.

• Employee competency improvement scores.

• Post-training assessment results.

• Training ROI.

• Employee engagement on leaming programs.

• Percentage achievement of annual training plan.

• Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.

• Professional certification in HR such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Learning & Development Development or Human Resources.

• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
