WHERE YOU SIT As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Learning & Development. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE This role enables the successful delivery of Learning & Development activity across Dr. Martens by coordinating the operational, administrative and communication activities that underpin our learning portfolio. It plays a key role in ensuring learners, facilitators and stakeholders have a high-quality and consistent learning experience.By owning learning operations, programme administration, supplier coordination and learner support, this role helps ensure learning initiatives are delivered efficiently, supported by accurate data and enabled by effective learning systems and processes.CORE ACC
