About the Role
EY Badges Learning Deployment Specialist (LDS) is a fixed-term secondment role within the Global Learning and Development Deployment Team. The role supports the EY Badges Learning Deployment Manager and directly engages with learners to support their journeys, resolve queries, enhance the learning experience, identify additional requirements and propose new innovations and improvement opportunities. What You'll Do

Work closely with the EY Badges Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead to deliver against agreed priorities and execute plans, including badge launches, retirals and annual review cycles.

Enable the end-to-end deployment of the Global EY Badges program, including project management, launches, retirals and annual reviews.

Maintain a high level of direct contact with learners to support their journeys, resolve queries, enhance the learning experience, identify additional requirements and propose new innovations and improvement opportunities.

Propose innovations and improvement opportunities to enhance the EY Badges program. What We're Looking For

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in learner-facing support.

Experience in learning deployment or program management within a global or distributed environment is a plus.
