You’ll specifically take care of coordinating training logistics and maintaining accurate training records, but also support stakeholders with any training-related inquiries.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing training requests and schedules aligned with business requirements

Deploying training needs via Individual Development Plans and ad-hoc requests

Overseeing the creation and management of courses and sessions in the LMS

Ensuring timely updates of training records and proofs (attendance sheets, certificates, etc.)

Coordinating with sourcing and finance teams for supplier-related topics

Providing guidance and support to participants, trainers, HR Business Partners, and line managers

Delivering training to local HR stakeholders on learning processes

2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., customer support, HR, or finance)
