This is an exempt onsite management position. Position Summary: The L&D Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of training programs for Operations, Maintenance, and Construction employees within the ADM Clinton Iowa Site.
This role involves managing the Department of Labor (DOL) trades certificate program for journeymen and craftsman, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The L&D Program Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
