Job title: Learning Academy Director
Section: About the Role Crown Interactive is seeking a Learning Academy Director to build and lead its technology training and certification platform. The role focuses on expanding customer adoption, developing certified implementation professionals, and generating sustainable training revenue.
Section: Responsibilities
- Define the Academy’s programmes, pricing, revenue model, and annual operating plan.
- Develop training programmes aligned with business growth and customer needs.
- Build partnerships with institutions and industry partners.
- Create curricula, assessments, certification standards, and recertification processes.
- Coordinate instructors, learning platforms, training schedules, and delivery logistics.
- Monitor completion rates, pass rates, learner satisfaction, and training outcomes.
- Measure training impact on product adoption and implementation quality.
- Build a network of certified implementers, administrators, and support professionals.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, business, and regional operations teams.
- Manage Academy resources, quality standards, and certification decisions.
Section: Requirements
- Relevant degree; professional learning or training qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of adult learning, assessment, certification, and digital learning platforms.
- Senior-level experience in learning and development, professional certification, technology enablement, or capability development.
- Experience managing commercial training programmes and quality standards.
- Ability to build partner and instructor networks and measure learning impact.
- Strong strategic leadership, commercial awareness, programme management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, team leadership, and risk management capabilities.
